Amaja Tubular Services Limited (ATSL), is a joint venture between Tenaris and Amaja. We supply a full range of high quality casing and tubing, drill pipes, premium connections, pipe accessories, sucker rods, and coiled tubing for use in all types of oil and gas drilling and well completions activities.

Amaja’s 100% owned flagship Machine Shop (OMS) is the first and only API certified machine shop in Ghana. OMS is certified by ISO 9001-2008 (quality standards), and is fully equipped with state of the art machinery and tools with full capabilities to manufacture and repair proprietary threads, premium connections, as well as offer support services to the oil and gas industry. The shop is also certified to fabricate high quality equipment to customer specifications.

Amaja’s marine subsidiary, AS Offshore, is a joint venture between Amaja and Seacor marine. Flanges
Welding necks (long socket, orifice), slip on, lap joints, Threaded, Blinds, Spectacle blinds, Anchor flanges. All steel grades and pressure classes are available according to ANSI, API, BS and AFNOR standards. Sizes range from 1/2″ to 102″ or in accordance with client design specifications.
Fittings
Butt-weld and forged fittings (SR/LR & XLR) elbows and bends, tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends. Carbon, stainless, corrosion resistant steels and non ferrous alloys. Sizes range from 1/2″ t 102″ and according to client design Specifications
Steel Pipes
High quality seamless longitudinal, spiral welded pipes
Carbon, stainless steels, alloys and nickel alloys, for chemical applications, water treatment plants corrosive fluids, with or without coatings and linings (epoxy, PE, bitumen, anti-corrosion)
Line pipes and tubes are manufactured according to ASTM, API, AFNOR and BS specifications.
Valves
Cast and forged steel valves (API, ANSI,DIM standards): gate, globe, check and ball valves. In carbon, stainless, alloys, and special steels in all dimensions and pressure classes. Upon request, we can provide special valves for high temperature, offshore, cryogenic and power plant projects.
We also supply other equipment such as expansion joints, pig traps, quick opening closures, orifice holders, repair clamps, stud bolt & gaskets.
